This site is devoted to the Virginia kit car and speciality car owners and builders. The club was started in the summer of 1999 and sponsored by Ann and Allen Smith of JPR Cars, Ltd. in Topping, Virginia.
We will try to include current important information for our members. All news and events are welcome.
If you are currently in the process of building your own specialty car and find you need some help, please feel free to call on any member for information to related to the building and maintaining your one-of-a-kind automobile.
All members will be entitled to free web pages to show your prize winners (under any stages).
