William found this car for sale at Bob's Classic Cars near Tampa, Florida.
According to the papers sent to us by Nat Friedman, of Lance Motors, this car was possibly built by Victory Cars in Murray, Utah for Ken Halterman in Centerville, Utah.
It is believed that Ken and/or Victory Cars may have been planning on building and selling more of these cars and calling them
"Scpetre II", but it appears that things did not work out that way.
William plans to make some changes to this classic and promises to send us photos. We'll keep you posted of his progress.
