We start by making a set of frames for each side. Special "ribs" are installed to keep the frame's shape and to allow for mounting points for the side pipes later.
Bolts are welded in two places on each side so the frame can be installed and removed more easily.
The front section is cut on an angle so the front cross pieces can be added. This is the section where we will later mount the grill.
After both of the side "ribs" have been completed and before the pre-shaped 16 gauge steel panels are welded in place, we give it a coat of primer.
